Terms & Cancellation Policy For Extended Stay Guest Suites:
We have a limited number of these specialized corporate guest suites available, so reservations are highly recommended. A $100.oo deposit will be charged when the suite reservation is made, and will be put toward your suite charge upon your arrival. This allows you peace of mind that, by us knowing the guest is serious about their reservation, we will not overbook, and you are guaranteed a suite upon your arrival. The balance is due when you check in. Weekly rentals will be charged for the first week upon arrival and then week by week, unless you wish to pay for your entire stay upfront.
A full refund of your deposit will be given if you cancel your guest suite reservation at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Half the deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation between 1 week to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Unfortunately, no refund can be given if you cancel your reservation within one week of your arrival date, as we normally take suite reservations well in advance, and by that time we will likely have had to turn away potential guests because of your reservation.
Any no-shows will be charged the balance for their reserved term, or for the first week with weekly rentals
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that we can refund your deposit and clear the dates for another suite guest visiting the Herkimer area.
