Terms & Cancellation Policy For Extended Stay Guest Suites:
We have a limited number of these specialized hotel suites available, so reservations are highly recommended. A $100.oo deposit is required at the time the guest suite reservation is made, and will be put toward your first week's charge upon your arrival. The balance for the first week is due when you check in, unless you wish to pay for your entire stay in full.
A full refund will be given if you cancel your guest suite reservation at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Half the deposit will be returned if you cancel your guest suite reservation between 1 week to 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Unfortunately, no refund can be given if you cancel your guest suite reservation within one week of your arrival date, as we often take hotel suite reservations well in advance, and by that time we will likely have had to turn away potential hotel suite guests because of your reservation.
Any no-shows will be charged the balance for the first week
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that we can refund your deposit and clear the dates for another hotel suite guest visiting the Herkimer area.
